Every engagement begins with a consultation to understand goals, timelines, care considerations, and family dynamics. From there, we create a customized move plan tailored to each client’s needs—clearly outlining next steps and responsibilities.
Space Planning & New-Home Preparation
We assess the new residence, create thoughtful furniture layouts, and help right-size belongings so the new home feels comfortable, functional, and familiar from day one.
Packing, Unpacking & Intentional Setup
Belongings are packed with care, labeled clearly, and unpacked with intention. We don’t simply unload boxes—we thoughtfully organize and place items so the home feels settled, calm, and livable.
On-Site Install Day & Vendor Coordination
We manage install day from start to finish, coordinating all vendors and services needed to make the home truly move-in ready. This may include:
Setting up electronics and coordinating service providers
Hanging artwork and mirrors
Making beds and organizing closets
Overseeing deliveries and installations

Interior Design, Furnishings & Décor
As part of our move management services, we assist with interior design, furnishings, and décor to help create a space that truly feels like home. This may include selecting and purchasing new furniture and décor, coordinating deliveries, and arranging the space with care. Trade discounts may be applied when available.
When helpful, we can also create visual design boards so clients and families can clearly see how new pieces will look and function within the new home before purchases are made.
Ongoing Transition Support
Our involvement often extends beyond move-in day. Many clients continue working with us for downsizing assistance, estate liquidation, or additional support as needs evolve.
